What if I need to change or cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?

Our subscriptions are monthly and designed to be flexible, with no commitment needed. You can upgrade, downgrade or unsubscribe from your plan at any time to suit your business’ needs.

Do I have to pay an additonal fee per booking?

We do not charge any fees for any clients booking through your own website, or created in your calendar. The monthly subscription includes all features and allows 20 or unlimited bookings depending on your plan with no extra charges. If you choose to apply to be listed on the marketplace, a 30% commission fee is taken for new clients booking through the marketplace, however listing is optional.

Are there any extra charges on top of my monthly subscription?

All features are included in both subscription plans. There are some small additional fees if you wish to make the most of optional extras such as online payments, SMS booking updates or SMS and email marketing. This is because they require the use of third-party platforms such as Stripe, for secure payment processing.

Can I try Solo to see if I like it?

Absolutely, we offer a free trial which includes 30 free bookings. We’ll even transfer all your existing business information from another system as part of the trial. It’s important to us that you’re happy Solo is right for your business before you pay.

Will transferring my data to Solo affect my current booking system?

No, transferring your data, including your client list, price list, bookings and reviews, will not affect your current booking system. Our expert team will extract the required information and upload it to Solo, without affecting your current booking system. This means you will still be able to use and access your current system while trying out Solo, or during a period of transition.
