How do I switch to Solo from another booking system?

We offer a free transfer service from any system you're currently using. This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.

Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?

No, VAT is included in all of the prices. We want to make our prices as transparent as possible so you never pay more than expected.

What if I need to change or cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?

Our subscriptions are monthly and designed to be flexible, with no commitment needed. You can upgrade, downgrade or unsubscribe from your plan at any time to suit your business’ needs.

Do I have to pay an additonal fee per booking?

We do not charge any fees for any clients booking through your own website, or created in your calendar. The monthly subscription includes all features and allows 20 or unlimited bookings depending on your plan with no extra charges. If you choose to apply to be listed on the marketplace, a 30% commission fee is taken for new clients booking through the marketplace, however listing is optional.

Are there any extra charges on top of my monthly subscription?

All features are included in both subscription plans. There are some small additional fees if you wish to make the most of optional extras such as online payments, SMS booking updates or SMS and email marketing. This is because they require the use of third-party platforms such as Stripe, for secure payment processing.

Can I try Solo to see if I like it?

Absolutely, we offer a free trial which includes 30 free bookings. We’ll even transfer all your existing business information from another system as part of the trial. It’s important to us that you’re happy Solo is right for your business before you pay.
