‍What we need

‍We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage the development and growth of Solo’s organic social media channels, defining the strategy, creating content and planning how to execute and measure our vision for social media. You will oversee the day to day operations, ensuring the effective implementation of our vision across social media.We are looking for an individual with a natural flair for creating captivating social content and storytelling. You will be the go-to person for all things social media and will be expected to provide your expert opinion on social trends and requirements.

‍In this role, you will

• Report into our Marketing & Growth Team

• Draft, optimise, publish and schedule content for our social channels

• Develop and implement new strategies for social content & growth

• Track & report on social growth

• Monitor our social channels and interactions

• Support in feature launches & product updates across all channels

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role

• A passion for digital marketing and awareness of digital marketing channels

• Strong copywriting skills

• Experience using design software or Canva

• Experience drafting and scheduling content

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An interest in beauty & wellness is preferable (but not necessary)

• London based (3 days a week in the office)
